Rainy Day

The kids love playing in the rain, especially since we don't get it that often out here. It was fun to see Caleb in this little yellow rainsuit that Maya wore not too long ago!

Early Summer

Summer came early last week with one day at 27 degrees! We spent a great deal of time in the back yard enjoying the warm temps.

Bruiser

Caleb is on fire these days! Running and climbing, and....falling. He has two big bruises on his forehead and face right now, makes him look like a tough guy. He still likes a hug and kiss from mom though.

Field Trip

Maya got to go on her first field trip with her preschool this week - she got to meet the Mayor and went on a tour of the post office. What you can do in a town like Invermere!

Easter Visit

Maya and Caleb were happy to spend some time with cousins Benjamin and Marijke from Newfoundland. We had a busy weekend, swimming at hot springs, decorating easter eggs and doing a backyard easter egg hunt! We were all sad to say good-bye, especially Maya who really misses her "new friend Benjamin".

Getting Ready for Easter

Maya was pumped about her Newfoundland cousins visiting for Easter weekend. We made specical cookies, and she wore her bunny ears that she made in preschool quite often this week.
