Snowshoeing Field Trip in Kootenay National Park
Maya's class was so lucky to go out on a wonderful snowshoe field trip in Kootenay National Park this week. It was a beautiful day with deep fluffy snow and lots of interesting animal tracks to learn about!

Happy Birthday Maya!
Happy 7th Birthday to our most wonderful Maya! Her birthday party was at the bowling alley for some glow-in-the-dark bowling. We're pretty sure she was the first kid to bring custom-made bowling pin and ball cookies (thanks to grandma!).

Oma and Opa - Double Birthday Visit
We were lucky to have Oma and Opa here from Newfoundland for Michael's and Maya's birthdays. We had some great x-c ski days - including Maya's first loop all the way around Lake Lillian!
