Island Lake Lunch

We had a great adventure in Fernie this weekend - mom and Trevor treated us to a beautiful lunch at Island Lake Lodge - complete with a snow-cat ride to get up the mountain!

It was a great day, a little rainy but very relaxing.

Spring Break at Fernie

The kids got two weeks for spring break this year and spent one with Grandma and Grandpa in Fernie. They had an amazing time, of course, including biking, playing cards and even a day of making homemade donuts!

Ice Out

We had an amazing play at the beach on a sunny day today - the ice is way out in the middle of the bay now so, great for rock throwing. Spring break for the kids!

More Caleb birthday

For his "family birthday" Caleb wanted to go for a family hike. He also got to open a few presents and ordered his fave foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner - he had it all planned out!

We had great fun at the climbing wall for Caleb's birthday party this year. We can't believe this little guy is 6 years old already!

Ceilidh

Our school held a spring Ceilidh to celebrate St. Patrick's day. I got a lucky seat to watch both Maya's and Caleb's classes do a series of really cute dances.
