We've had fun with some family crafts this Christmas season - we made tree ornaments for our friends and family. The kids are excited to give out their gifts that they worked so hard to make!

Santa Parade

The Invermere Santa Claus parade was a big hit this year - Maya and Caleb participated on the Toby Creek Nordic Ski club float.

Pumpkin Carving

Both kids had pumpkin carving events at school this year - so we had two pumpkins carved at two school events, plus two more at home for a grand total of four jack 'olantrans this year!

 

 

 

 

 

Harvest Fest

There was the cutest school celebration at Maya's school last week called Harvest Fest. The kids dress up and sing songs about fall, and do a whole series of square dancing. Maya was so excited to dance and sing with her friends!


 

 

 

 

 

 

Medicine Hat Thanksgiving

We had a great time staying at Auntie Lori's and Uncle Vic's place in Medicine Hat and catching up with family over thanksgiving. The weather was beautiful and allowed us to get out for some great walks and to play in the leaves. A special visit to Auntie Lori's school was a highlight for the kids.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Otters Swim Club

Maya was super keen to join the Otter's swim club this year. She is an "Otter Pup" and does laps each week with kids her age using a flutter board and little swim flippers!
